A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant is an applicant for compensation of KRW 930,00,00, which is obtained by deceit to C who is an applicant for compensation.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, wired 690,000 won of the goods from the victim to the single bank account under the name of the Defendant, and, from March 20, 2014, acquired 18,320,90 won in total from the victims over 48 times, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 48 times from March 20, 2014.

2.
