On December 8, 2014, the Defendant, on the victim AB, posted a letter to the effect that the Defendant sold a heavy cell phone (on a gallon 3) to KRW 290,000 on the Internet Round among the NAVV countries, and that the Defendant would send the said mobile phone if the Defendant, who reported and contacted the said letter, pre-paid the payment to the victim AB.
