【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 7, 2014, Defendant A Special Middle School Teachers H posted the teachers’ declaration to the effect that “L” is “L” under the name of “L” on the “K” bulletin board among the “J” website of the I Association. Around May 7, 2014, Defendant A posted a message to the effect that “L” calls for the withdrawal of N government rights,” and that “No-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri

The 42 teachers, including the Defendant, expressed their intent to join the jointly signed bulletiner in accordance with H’s proposal.

On May 13, 2014, the above H connected to the Blux website (WWW.presid.go.kr) at a lux site on May 13, 2014, and posted the “O” declaration under the joint signature of 43 teachers who expressed their intent to participate in H, etc. on the free bulletin board (hereinafter “the first teachers declaration”).

P Elementary School Teachers Q posted a teachers' declaration on the bulletin board of "K" among the “J” website of the I Association on the same day.

On April 16, 2014, the above teachers’ declaration criticizes that the R case in which 304 passengers died and went missing as “the murder occurred in the rear operation of capital and the implied aiding and abetting of the N government,” and criticizes that it is also caused by the implied use of the regime, such as “Ylesan Candlelight case,” and “S case,” etc.
