Defendant

A is the representative director of M Co., Ltd. who was awarded a contract for L&D (hereinafter “instant construction”) ordered by Boan-gun on May 15, 2009, and Defendant B is the representative director of N, Inc., the sewage supplier of the instant construction, and C is the director of the Korea Urban Development Corporation as the director of the Korea Urban Development Corporation.

1. No constructor who violates the Framework Act on the Construction Industry by Defendant A shall subcontract most of the contracted construction works to another constructor;

Nevertheless, around September 20, 2009, the Defendant subcontracted all of the instant construction work contracted to N, a corporation run by B.

2. Defendant B

A. 1) The bill of indictment for forging private documents is written in writing name by T, the representative director of P, a limited liability company, and the nominal owner of the said document is a limited liability company P, and the nominal owner of the said document is corrected accordingly. On December 2009, the Defendant forged the document in the name of the Defendant: (a) at the N Office of Q201, Q201, the second floor of Q201, the Defendant: (b) stated the supplier’s address column by using computers in the supply contract form and the supply specifications; (c) stated the supplier’s name as “P” in the supplier’s name as “U”, “T”, “T” in the supplier’s registration number column; and (d) made the supplier’s name in the “U”, “T”, “S” in the place of business address column; and (e) made the supplier’s name in the name of P, “market, manufacturing industry”, and “S, steel and steel products processing” in the column; and (e) made the Defendant’s name and seal in the delivery form 20.
