Defendant

Defendant A and D shall be punished by imprisonment for three years, by imprisonment for one year and six months, and by imprisonment for one year and one year and six months, respectively, and Defendant C.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ status and duties PP (hereinafter “P”) was operated as three facilities including Q from November 1, 2006 to “P”, “R”, and “S” (resident facilities for disabled persons). On June 2013, Q Q has been separately operated as a rehabilitation facility for homeless persons separately and additionally operated as four facilities for the purpose of rehabilitation and recuperation of homeless persons and disabled persons on December 31, 1958. The Daegu Metropolitan City was established by U.S. Special Metropolitan City for the purpose of rehabilitation and recuperation of homeless persons and disabled persons on April 1, 198 (hereinafter “U”) by being entrusted with the management and operation of P by the Daegu Metropolitan City and receiving approximately KRW 1 billion annual support for living expenses and labor expenses of living persons admitted to P, including household wages and labor expenses.

Defendant

A served as a general manager of P from February 11, 201 to January 31, 2016, and overall management of P. B. From October 26, 2009 to June 5, 2014, Defendant B served as a head of P Accounting 1 and head (name change from January 1, 2012 to June 1, 201) (the head of the accounting division) and provided various kinds of commodities such as food supplies, such as expenditure and management, etc., of operating expenses, which are supported by the State and Daegu Metropolitan City; Defendant C used as a general manager of P. From around November 15, 2013 to around December 31, 2016; Defendant B provided the general manager of P. 1 and management of the public’s livelihood from around 207 to around 200, and provided the general manager of P. 1 and management of the public’s livelihood as disciplinary measures for the head of the public office, who is in charge of daily life stability from around 10, 20.

D is a food material distributor.
