A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a director in charge of C(State) contracted for the construction work of the Korea-Slive Ship Sales Center, which was implemented by the U.S. Gun Office in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.

Although the commencement of the above construction has been delayed for six months, the Defendant had attempted to forge electronic tax invoices, etc. to request false funds for occupational health and safety management on the ground that the victim did not compensate for the expenses.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On April 25, 2017, around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) stated “electronic tax invoices” received from the Internet at the construction site office in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; (b) stated the “electronic tax invoices”; (c) stated the supplier’s trade name as “4,470,000 won”; (d) stated the amount of tax as “47,000 won; (c) stated the number of approval; (d) stated the purchase of safety goods, such as “the name of the company” in the form of the name of the purchase; and (d) stated the 30-type electronic tax invoices, “the date and time of deposit in the form of the company”, “the number of 0-type electronic tax invoices” and “the 3-type electronic tax invoices purchased” as “the 3-type electronic tax invoices; and (e) stated the 40-type electronic tax invoices,” “the 5-type electronic tax invoices purchased from the company bank; and (e) stated the 3-type electronic tax invoices as “the 10-type electronic tax invoices”.
