Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 24, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspension of the execution for the crimes of violation of the Road Traffic Act in Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch on the grounds of violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. On July 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to 3,000,000 won by the same court on July 18, 2008. On July 14, 2013, the Defendant was driving an AXD in the condition of 0.131% of blood alcohol level from the 10km section from the 10km section from the 10km section from the 10km section from the 950km section from the 10km section from the 10k section from the 10k section from the 10k section from the 0.131% section from the 10k section from the 950rd intersection road without a driver’s license.
2. On July 14, 2013, around 02:46, the Defendant forged a private document forgery and the uttering of a private document without authority for the purpose of signing and exercising the name “E” on the part of the Defendant’s penal person in the column of the driver’s name in the Sinung Police Station D District located in Sinung-si, Sinung-si, and the report on the fact-finding report and the report on the fact-finding report in the above E’s name concerning the fact-finding without authority. As such, the Defendant forged the report on the fact-finding report and the report on the fact-finding report including the private document in the above E’s name, and submitted it to F for the purpose of recognizing that the forged document was authentic.
3. At around 22:40 on July 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) signed the name of “E” on the column of confirmation of “the right to refuse to make statements and the right to assistance of counsel, etc.” of the interrogation protocol; (b) signed the name of “E” on the column of confirmation of “the person who made the statement in the protocol; and (c) forged his/her signature; and (d) submitted it to G, the police officer of the investigation, who was aware of the fact that the forged signature was duly made.
