1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 5,00,000, and 5% per annum from November 11, 2015 to March 31, 2016.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendants are residents of the Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

The Plaintiff served as the Director of the Management Office of the instant apartment, and the duties of the Director of the Management Office were suspended due to the citing the Daejeon District Court's 2015Kahap144, which was filed by the residents of the instant apartment, on September 15, 2015.

B. Defendants criminal punishment 1) The Defendants were indicted by the Daejeon District Court Branch of the Daejeon District Court for the following criminal facts and sentenced to a fine of KRW 500,000,00 from the above court on August 21, 2014, and Defendant B was sentenced to a fine of KRW 300,000, respectively. (A) On July 201, 2013, the Defendants damaged the Plaintiff’s reputation to E, F, and G, etc., who are residents of the apartment complex in the instant apartment complex, on the first time in the instant apartment complex, on the ground that “the Plaintiff is a person under suspended execution due to the violation of the Election Act, whose qualification is revoked pursuant to Articles 56 and 57 of the Housing Act and will drive away from the apartment complex.”
