Defendant

A is the representative of the F Child Care Center in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and Defendant B is a child care teacher who cares for the child care students in the Nondo (1~2) in the above child care center from March 2016. Defendant C is a child care teacher who works in the same half of Defendant B from May 2015, and the victim G (16 months) is a child care teacher who works in the same half of the above month.

1. Defendant A’s violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Abuse Crimes by Defendant A, on March 22, 2016, is likely to cause an accident because, around 09:07 on March 22, 2016, the Police Month of the F Child Care Center could interfere with other children’s play or does not follow the instructions of the child care teacher.

I think, the victim was seated above each set of the classrooms in the classroom and had the victim sit again out of each set once again, and by using the same method as the 1st part of the list of crimes in the attached Table 1 in the same manner as in May 3, 2016, until May 3, 2016, the victim continued to be placed in a limited set continuously and at the same place, and had the victim go to the limited 34 times in the absence of any risk factors, so that the victim committed emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of the child, who is the child protected by the defendant as a child-care center student, instead of children, by the child-care center student, who is protected by the defendant.

The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Abuse Crimes by Defendant B, on March 22, 2016, on the ground that the injured party in the class of the said F Child Care Center Month 09:52, in the same half of the day, took the handphone of the said son belonging to the said F Child Care Center, the Handphone scam is a person who is obligated to take care of the child’s school life instead of the said child-care center student by making the injured party scam together and continuously sit in the booms located in the part of the classroom located in the classroom on the part of the classroom on the part of the victim, and allowing him to sit in the said place on the part of the victim in the same manner as the 2nd part of the list of crimes in the attached Form 2.
