1. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall complete a child abuse treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B From March 2, 2016 to September 23, 2016, H child care centers located in Suwon-gu apartment complex G in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and served as a teacher of H child care centers in charge of the care for children of 4 to 5 years of age, and Defendant A is a person who works as the head of the child’s house.

1. Defendant B

A. On September 8, 2016, at around 11:02, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim I (6) with a intellectual disability 3 as a student of the Plaintiff’s child-care center at the Hanma-Ma-dong classroom located in the same place; (b) placed the victim’s head 4 times in fluence; (c) placed the victim’s head 6 times in fluence; and (d) placed the victim’s head fluence at two times in fluences; and (d) placed the victim’s head fluence at two times in fluences; and (e) placed the victim’s face.

In addition, from July 5, 2016 to September 23, 2016, the Defendant assaulted 20 victims, who are children under the protection of the Defendant, who are children of the above child-care center, including the above I, on a total of 139 occasions, and were under the protection of the Defendant, and committed physical abuse that undermines the physical health and development of the child.

B. On September 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 12:47, on the grounds that the victim J (W, 5 years old) was boomed in the Korean-style class of the Korean Child Care Center at the Korean-style class; (b) the Defendant, other than the victim, completed meals, and had the victim drink all remaining boomed in the Korean-style class on his own, except in the class, even though the victim was in preparation for the class, but was in preparation for the class.

In addition, from July 6, 2016 to September 9, 2016, the Defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of a child to 11 victims, who are children under the protection of the Defendant, due to the original child of the above child care center, including the above J, on a total of 18 occasions, as set out in attached Table 2 of Crimes List 2.

2. The defendant A (Violation of Child Uniforms Act) shall be the date, time, and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
