Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is one half of the child care teachers in the “F” forest in Gwangju City, and Defendant B is the president of the above child’s house, and Defendants are not obligated to report child abuse crimes under Article 10(2) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Abuse Crimes.

On March 8, 2017, Defendant A: (a) around 09:42 on March 8, 2017, the Defendant: (b) 1st class of the above forest; (c) 1st class of the victim G (C) on the ground that he does not listen to this end; and (d) 2nd class of the victim G (C) on the ground that he did not sit at one seat; and (d) 13

In addition, the Defendant committed a child abuse crime against a victim G, a victim H (2 years), a victim I (2 years of age), and a victim J (2 years of age) on 17 occasions in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table of crimes committed between April 11, 2017, by committing physical abuse that may inflict bodily harm on a child or harm on a child’s mental health and development, or by committing emotional abuse that may inflict bodily harm on a child’s mental health and development.

2. Defendant B committed physical abuse and emotional abuse against victims, such as the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) above, and at a place set forth in paragraph (1) above, Defendant B, a user of whom committed the Defendant’s duties.
