A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From around 19:00 on September 3, 2017 to 06:30 on the next day of the Defendant’s operation, the Defendant received four copies of “D” restaurant rooms in Ansan-si (hereinafter “D”), E, F, G, H, and I, using 52 cards, and distributed money by exchanging three cards in the order of priority. The last holder of the cards did not change each other in the pattern, and by a person holding the lowest number of cards, the Defendant carried 30,000 won at one time to 50,000 won and 50,000 won a card so as to assist the Defendant in committing the crime of gambling by providing it to a place where the said gambling is conducted, such as E, E, G, H, and I.
