Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2016, from around 21:30 to 22:10 the same day, the Defendant received the first four copies using the cards in Seoul, Guro-gu F and Chapter 101 to 52, and exchanged the cards on three occasions in order, and carried out hosting on three occasions, and used approximately 300,000 won for each of the remaining remaining cards after the final printing by a person with a different pattern or a low number of card, respectively, in a manner of winning on 15 occasions.
