1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty thousand won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 24:00 on March 9, 2016, the Defendant and L (Defendant A) installed a super-small-sized camera at the Nrenca Office Y in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, through which he/she read a type of light substance on the back of the card, and conspired to defraud the money by gambling by using a special card.

On March 10, 2016, from around 22:30 on March 10, 2016 to around 03:00 of the following day, the Defendant conspired to exchange the cards with the victim B, D, C, andO three times in the order of 4 cards, and carried out betting. After the final betting, the Defendant was engaged in gambling in a normal manner by inducing the victims to read the plaque and take money. However, if the Defendant, who was equipped with the card, reported the form of the back of the card sent through the super-small-sized camera installed in the above gambling, was informed that the Defendant would normally engage in gambling by inducing the victims to buy money.

In addition, L, as mentioned above, acquired 200,000 won from the victims who gambling in the above manner.

2. On February 26, 2016, the Defendants Gabling (Defendant A, B, D, and C), along with O, exchanged cards with 52 cards from around 22:00 to around 03:00 on three occasions using 52 cards at the above office from around 52:00 to around 03:00 on the following day, the Defendants ambling “Baba” in several times in a way that the number and pattern are different from each other.

3. The Defendant provided gambling places to him and received KRW 10,00 per person per 1,00 won and facilitate gambling activities of A, etc., with the knowledge that he/she was able to gambling in the Nrenk office operated by himself/herself, as set forth in paragraph 2.
