Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the above fine shall be paid on 100.

Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2015, from around 15:00 to April 23:00 of the same day, the Defendants added up 1/2 of the maximum amount of the board to three times each time when he/she receives a letter of card 1, using 52 card from 501 units of Eel 501 to 52 units of eel in Kim Jong-si, and used 1/2 of the card. From around April 3, 2015 to April 28, 2015, the Defendants ambling “Ba” by a person with a different number and pattern with a different card, including the act of gambling in the manner of having the board money, between April 3, 2015 to April 28, 2015 and in the same manner, e.g., “S. g.,” and “S. g. g.,” and “S. g. g.,” under the aforementioned method as shown in [Attachment Table 1 through 8.

2. Determination

A. In gambling, the crime of gambling is established only in the event of gambling, and the crime of gambling is not established (see Supreme Court Decision 2010Do9330, Jan. 13, 201).
