Punishment of the crime

Any person other than a person handling narcotics shall be prohibited from possessing, possessing, using, transporting, controlling, importing, exporting, manufacturing, preparing, administering, giving or receiving, trading, arranging the trade of, or providing narcotics, psychotropic drugs, or marijuana.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

At around 19:30 on October 25, 2018, the Defendant received and delivered a day-to-day injection machine with D’s mersponises (one-to-day clopon; hereinafter “copon”) approximately 0.05 g from D, a day-to-day injection machine containing approximately 0.05 g of copon in water, a day-to-day injection machine containing approximately 0.05 g of 0.05 g of copon in water, one and approximately 0.5 g of copon, free of charge, in the car for verification of D operation parked in the C parking lot located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
