A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but not a person handling narcotics, and shall not receive, administer, or smoke a psychotropic drug merpter (i.e., a single clopon; hereinafter referred to as “written lopon”) or marijuana.

1. On March 8, 2020, the Defendant received philophones from the C Library’s wife located in Kimhae-si B at around 23:30 on March 8, 2020, and received philophones by taking one philophones with approximately 0.05g philophones from D.

2. Smoking of philophones or smoking of marijuana.

A. On March 9, 2020, the Defendant, around 01:0 on March 9, 202, smoked marijuana in a way that: (a) the Defendant injected 0.05g of philopon into the Ecomcompon; (b) injected the philopon by means of injecting it into the blood part of his body with a single-use injection device using a single-use injection device; (c) then, (d) put approximately 0.18gg of marijuana in the gambling place made in the shape of tobacco pipe and inhales smoked by attaching the bubop.

B. Around March 19, 2020, the Defendant, at around 21:00 on March 19, 2020, smoked marijuana in a way that: (a) the Defendant injected 0.05g of philopon into the Ecompher Ecomhead; (b) injected philopon by means of injecting it into the blood part of his/her body by using a single-use injection device; and (c) Then, the Defendant smoked marijuana by means of inserting approximately 0.18g of marijuana in the gambling place made in the shape of tobacco pipe and inhaleing smokes caused by attaching the bubop.
