A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant had been living in a female toilet of a large-scale or underground shop located in Daejeon Dong-dong-dong-gu, Daejeon, with the mind that women's body can be taken after leaving the room.

2. On October 31, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influence of public places) was in front of the above female toilets, and was in front of the above female toilets by taking pictures of a woman’s body, which is viewed as melting a change in female toilets, using a dynamic recording function of smartphones held as above, with a view to meeting the Defendant’s sexual desire, and using cres that are not inside the above female toilets.
