[criminal power] On June 26, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for one year and two months on June 26, 2018 from the Busan District Court’s branch branch for the violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, Use and Screening of Cameras, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on July 8, 2019.

3. On October 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 00:15 on October 2, 2019, the victim D operated by the victim D in Jeju City, “E’s office,” and (b) did not receive monthly pay from the victim, and (c) had one credit card of the F Bank, which is owned by the victim on his/her computer book.
