A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 08:51 on July 24, 2019, around 08:51, the victim D (here, 28) who is an employee of the same company, entered a female toilet; and (b) infringed on the above female toilets managed by the victim under his/her name in order to take the boom of the boom of the victim.

On July 24, 2019, around 09:30 on July 24, 2019, the Defendant intruded into the above female toilets managed by the victim under his/her name due to the foregoing reasons, and installed in the replacement hole located in the second common square column the Defendant’s mobile phone photographed the image of the victim D around 09:51 on the same day, while the Defendant was installed in the condition that the Defendant’s mobile phone photographing function was operated.

As a result, the defendant intrudes on a structure managed by the victim due to his name, and took photographs of the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.
