1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 and 25% per annum from October 28, 2013 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On December 12, 2012, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 70,000,000 to Defendant B with interest rate of KRW 25% per annum and due date of repayment on October 31, 2013. Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant B’s above loan obligation.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the same amount as the text to the Plaintiff.
