1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from October 18, 2012 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On October 17, 2012, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 150 million to Defendant B with interest rate of KRW 18% per annum and due date on April 25, 2014. On April 7, 2014, Defendant C provided joint and several surety for the above loan obligations against Defendant B, including interest unpaid.
