1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 and 15% per annum from November 9, 2017 to the day of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the evidence No. 1, Defendant A borrowed KRW 70,000,000 from the Plaintiff on July 23, 2014 on November 5, 2014, and Defendant B guaranteed joint and several obligations with respect to the above borrowed money, and there is no counter-proof.

According to the facts found in the judgment as to the cause of the claim, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the above borrowed amount of KRW 70,000,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 9, 2017 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is accepted as all of the reasons.
