Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From July 21, 2017, the Defendant is a social work worker working at a Da Child Center located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, and the victim D (the 13 years of age) is a student who was enrolled in the same center room from December 7, 2017.

The defendant had the victim's right to contact with the victim since January 2018 while guiding the victim's right to contact with the victim.

The Defendant tried to commit sexual abuse against the victim by taking advantage of the fact that the victim has a tendency to depend on the defendant because the victim's economic difficulties, father's runaway, and sound emotional state of the victim, etc., and the victim's age is old and sexual self-determination and judgment are incomplete and it is difficult to express his intention of refusal explicitly.

1. Around 14:00 on February 3, 2018, the Defendant used the victim’s studio in the “F” studio E and the fourth floor, and used the studio to commit sexual abuse against a child.

2. Around 14:00 on February 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a film at the same place; (b) opened the victim himself/herself; and (c) continued to put his/her hand in the victim’s slabs; and (d) included him/her in the victim’s booms; and (c) committed sexual abuse against the victim, who is a child.

3. On February 4, 2018, around 16:00, the Defendant used the victim’s studio G and H’s studio on the third floor, kiddddddly and continuously used the victim’s kids, and stored the victim’s chest into the victim’s pande, kids, put the Defendant’s finger in the victim’s panty, put the Defendant’s finger into the Defendant’s finger, and committed sexual abuse against the child.

4. Around 13:00 on February 10, 2018, the Defendant, at his own Government-based I hotel, puts the victim in a bed while being in a bed with the victim in a bed room, and inserted his sexual organ into a negative part of the victim’s sexual organ, thereby committing sexual abuse against the victim.
