A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 4, 2018, at around 10:19, the Defendant taken pictures against the victims’ will, such as the victim’s body, who might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame on 11 occasions, from the time on which the Defendant’s cell phone camera-ro panty was taken back, such as taking a back pande image of a female-friendly victim B (the victim’s age 31) who was panty with the Defendant’s cell phone camera-ro, and taken the back image of the victim’s sexual humiliation or sense of shame at around 30, 2020.

2. At around 11:04 on December 20, 2017, the Defendant sent a copy of a photograph of the victim’s body against the victim’s will to C, a Kakakaox, to which the Defendant had taken the back pande of the victim’s name in panty and panty, and then distributed the victim’s body photograph against the victim’s will.
