A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

피고인은 2018. 11. 12. 16:59경 서울 강남구 B에 있는 지하철 C역 10번 출구 계단에서 짧은 치마를 입고 계단을 올라가는 피해자인 성명불상의 여성을 발견하고 피고인 소유의 아이폰7 휴대전화 카메라 동영상 모드를 켠 다음 피해자의 뒤에서 피해자의 다리 부위 등을 몰래 동영상 촬영한 것을 비롯하여 2018. 12. 20.경까지 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 같은 방법으로 총 59명의 여성 피해자들의 다리 부위 등을 몰래 동영상 촬영하였다.
