A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2019, from around 00:20 to May 29, 206:46, the Defendant taken 32 pictures and videos using the following functions of the victim C (n, 24 years of age, and name) who was diving after having sexual intercourse with the Defendant, using the victim’s macker function in Samsung Ggaltha, Samsung Galthoma of the mobile phone, which had been possessed by the Defendant, and taken 32 times from January 17, 2018 to May 29, 202, all of which were recorded in the list of crimes, against the intent of the subject of taking pictures, by using the mobile phone camera function, which could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation.
