A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2019, at around 12:30 on November 15, 2019, the Defendant taken a photo of the victims who suffered school uniforms using the cell phone camera function on the lower side of the victim D (name, fin, 17 years old), E (name, fin, 18 years old) and E (name, fin, fin, 18 years old).

Accordingly, the defendant distributed photographs taken at the same time against his will, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame.
