Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 13:47 on January 28, 2020, the Defendant parked Cpoter II cargo vehicles registered in the name of the Defendant in front of the Mag-gu, Ansan-si.In order to avoid the crackdown on stop violation, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by attaching it to the front number plate and the back number plate.
