Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 18:12 on February 14, 2020, the Defendant parked C-motor vehicle registered in the name of the Defendant in front of the unit B building in Ansan-si, the Defendant left a front number plate with a banner to avoid the crackdown on the violation of parking and stopping of an unmanned camera, thereby making it difficult to identify a registration license plate by setting up a back the front number plate in front of the back number plate.
