1. The victim C-related Defendants and the victim’s name indivists (hereinafter “D”) conspired to steal a motor vehicle and sell the motor vehicle with a forged motor vehicle registration certificate and receive the purchase price, and then to steal the said sold motor vehicle.

At around 18:30 on August 8, 2019, the Defendants: (a) set the car string from the fenz car owned by E Co., Ltd. at the parking lot of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan community service center, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

On the other hand, the person under whose name the registration certificate was forged by posting the above benz car on the Internet “G” website as a ticket, stating “A” and “H” in the owner column of the above benz car, etc., and Defendant B, despite being aware of the forgery of the above benz registration certificate, had the victim who received it from the person under whose name the registration certificate was forged and sent it to Defendant A, and reported and contacted on the above benz car at the time of selling the above benz car.

At around 19:20 on the same day, Defendant A continued to make a false statement to the victim who is suspected of whether the owner of the said benz motor vehicle in front of the Itel in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the 19:20 on the same day, that “the vehicle will be in front,” and delivered the forged motor vehicle registration certificate to the victim as above. The victim transferred KRW 125,70,000 to the J bank account (Serial) in the name of Defendant A as the purchase price for the said benz motor vehicle.

As a result, the Defendants were to exercise the registration certificate in the name of the Sungnam market, which is a forged official document in collusion with the names of the victims, and acquired 125,70,000 won from the victims.
