Around 03:40 on May 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 1stranged in the front line of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, along with one drunk, and stopped the victim’s E-business taxi at the victim’s D (58 years old) drive; (b) cleaned it again; and (c) took the place at the above destination; and (d) took a look at the victim’s destination, the Defendant used the victim’s desire, such as “new, bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bits,” and used the victim’s flick, with his hand, to assault the victim on two occasions.
