Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of four months of imprisonment and six months of imprisonment at the Busan District Court for the crime of interference with business, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 20, 2015.

Around 17:00 on January 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the “D cafeteria” operated by the victim in the Geumcheon-gu Busan Metropolitan City, with one driver’s day, and friend and one to drink, and (b) avoided the victim’s business by bringing about about 30 minutes of friend to the victim, such as “the same bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and subsequently, the Defendant avoided the victim’s business.

B. At around 22:00 on March 2015, the victim E, the Defendant, at the “G cafeteria” operated by the victim in F of the Geum-gu, Busan, expressed a bath, such as the “Cock”, without any reason, while drinking at the “G cafeteria” operated by the victim in Geum-gu, Busan, and became customers.

이에 피해자가 나가줄 것을 요구한다는 이유로 "씨발 뭐꼬 씨발" 욕설을 하는 등 행패를 부려 약 30분간 피해자의 영업을 방해하였다.

C. Around 10:00 on March 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 10:00, the Victim H expressed a bath on the ground that the Defendant entered the victim’s day with one driver’s day within the “J restaurant” operated by the Defendant, and obstructed the Victim’s business for about 10 minutes, such as drinking booms in the restaurant, on the ground that the victim does not sell alcoholic beverages.

피해자 K 피고인은 2015. 3. 30. 11:00경 부산 금정구 L에 있는 피해자가 운영하는 ‘M식당’ 내에서 자신의 일행 1명과 함께 들어가 국밥 한그릇과 소주 2병을 시켜먹고 난 뒤 피해자가 음식값 계산을 요구한다는 이유로 피해자에게 "씨발 돈 안줄까봐 그라나 씨발 신고할라믄 신고하던지"라고 욕설을 하고 "씨발 알아서 해라"며...
