A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 03:20 on the part of the victim D (Inn, 50 years old) located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-dong-gu, the Defendant: (b) opened the door door of the Party E in front of the operation of the Party E (Inn, 50 years old); (c) removed the Defendant’s f and the victim from the same building; (d) frequently claimed that the Defendant’s f and the victim frequently resisted, due to the issue of payment of public charges, such as electricity, rent, etc.; and (e) sound the victim’s son’s son’s son, which caused the Plaintiff’s her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s

2. Performance of official duties;

가. 피고인은 위 가항 일시 장소에서, 위와 같이 소란을 피우다 112 신고를 받고 출동한 동래경찰서 G지구대 소속 경사 H, 경위 I으로부터 제지를 받자, 양 손으로 경사 H의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고 경위 I의 넥타이를 잡아당기고, 무릎으로 경사 H의 머리 부분을 차고, 경위 I의 얼굴 부분을 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers on the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes.

B. On October 4, 2013, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender on the same criminal facts as the foregoing paragraph (1) and the foregoing paragraph (a), and was released at around 08:34 on the same day. However, the Defendant was willing to resist the police officer in charge of raising the objection.

At around 09:30 on October 9, 2013, the Defendant found the Defendant as the office of the Dongdong Police Station G District located in the Dongdong-gu Busan, Busan, and found him to be a large sound. On the other hand, the Defendant expressed his attitude that he would be able to go off the Defendant’s clothes in front of the patrol car that the police officer gets on board, saying, “I will go off all of the flag, chife, one fife,” and “I will go off the front of the police officer’s clothes that he will stop.” On the other hand, the Defendant sent the flab in front of the patrol car that the police officer gets on board.
