A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 계속하여 자신의 휴대전화를 이용하여 경찰관들을 촬영하면서 위 경사 E, 경사 F 등에게 "짭새 새끼 돈 쳐먹었냐, 국민신문고에 신고하여 옷을 벗겨버리겠다, 비리 경찰관을 언론사에 제보하겠다, 영상을 촬영해서 유튜브 사이트에 올리겠다"라고 수회 소리를 지르고, 경찰관들이 수차례 귀가를 요청하였음에도 위 지구대 현관 앞에서 일부러 넘어지면서 “경찰관이 사람을 친다, 진단서를 제출해서 옷을 벗겨버리겠다”라고 수회 소리를 질러 경찰관들에게 협박을 가하였다.
