A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2017, the Defendant and the requester for attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) committed an indecent act by force against a police officer on the ground that: (a) the victim C (a) who was in the former North Korean War-gun B from around 16:00 to around 18:00 on September 2017, the victim C (a 18 years old) provided counseling to the victim, who was his/her father, of the community line, to enter the university; and (b) committed an indecent act against the victim by forcing the victim, who was his/her father, to undergo counseling to enter the university; and (c) committed an indecent act against the victim, by forcing the victim, to be drunk

2. On September 2017, the Defendant, who was forced to commit an indecent act by force against a police officer, committed an indecent act by force against a female by forcing him/her to undergo consultation on entering a university by holding him/her on the part of the victim’s wife at the victim’s club located in the place indicated in the above “1” between September 16, 201 and 18:00.

3. On November 3, 2017, the Defendant made a forced indecent act: (a) from around 22:00 to around 24:00 on November 3, 2017, to around 24:00, the Defendant made the victim’s kiscing the victim’s kiscing kis, who was on the part of the beds located in the south-dong area D, and told the victim of the victim’s kiscing kiscing into the victim’s body, and tried to remove the victim’s kiscing kiscing from the victim’s body to the victim’s body; and (b) made the victim’s kiscing kiscing from the victim’s body to the victim’s side; and (c) made the victim’s kiscing act by forcing the victim’s kiscing on the bridge of the victim.

As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile on three occasions in total.
