Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was the relationship between president and staff in victim D (n, 55 years old) and workplace (E).

1. On April 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act against his/her own will by having his/her wife dance against his/her own will, without any words, when the Defendant’s wife in G Singing practice place located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, where he/she was able to see the toilets between him/her and his/her victim.

2. On July 1, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim, who was at the exit room located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, in order for the victim to get out of work clothes and to perform work, and committed an indecent act on the part of the female in his/her own left chest in his/her hand.

3. On September 28, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act against a female by forcing the Defendant to commit an indecent act against his own will, without any speech, while drinking the Defendant’s wife in front of singing television at the singing practice place in Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, by singing the Defendant’s singing in front of singing television, and on that side, K, the Defendant and the Defendant’s company fees.

4. On October 1, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act against a female by force on the ground that “E is going to prepare for the victim’s occupation at the place of drinking in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with a view to committing an indecent act against the female at the place of drinking,” and that the Defendant committed an indecent act against the female only once on the left chest of the female at the bottom of that female.

5. On October 11, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victimized person at the same place as above. Around October 11, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the female, with his/her right mack, by using his/her mackt on the part of the female.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act in a total of five times against the victim's will.
