A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) performed the mobile phone agency of “D” operated by the Defendant located in Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si; (b) took the victim E (the 17-year-old age), who is an employee, into the third floor of the said agency; (c) continuously took the victim’s chest; and (d) tried to take the victim’s chest against the victim’s chest; (c) tried to take the victim’s face from the ppuriist; and (d) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by force using the victim’s bridge with the victim’s toilet in which the victim took the toilet.

B. On June 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00, on the Defendant’s vehicle located in the front of the “G” located in Heungdong-gu, Cheongju-si; (b) the said victim E, who was seated in the Cheongdong-gu, refers to “A more than anything else, I see, I see, I see, I see,”; (c) the victim’s neck cannot be resisted; and (d) the victim’s chest and leg are boomed with the victim’s chest and leg and her hand, thereby committing an indecent act by force against the victim.

2. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On May 31, 2015, at around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) within the Defendant’s vehicle located near H in the Cheongju-si, the Defendant: (b) met the chest of the Victim J (W, 18 years old), an employee of the said agency, and (c) prevented the victim from putting the Defendant’s hand into the Defendant’s arms and body with his hand; and (d) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the Defendant’s hand into the Defendant’s arms and body; and (e) putting the Defendant’s hand into the Defendant’s panty line; and (e) putting the Defendant’s hand into the Defendant’s panty line; and (e) committing an indecent act by force.

B. On June 1, 2015, the Defendant, at around 13:30 on the third floor of the above agency, committed an indecent act by force against the victim on the part of the victim J by taking the Plaintiff’s her blance in his/her hand and suffering from the influence of alcohol.

(c)

On June 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00 to 18:00, at the third floor of the above agency; (b) was faced with the Defendant’s shoulder by the J; (c) was under the influence of the Defendant’s entrance; and (d) was under the influence of the Defendant’s entrance while the Defendant was under the influence of the Defendant.
