A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2016, the defendant was living together with the victim B (the family name, female, C's birth) and around October 2016, and reported a marriage around June 29, 2017.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by blood relatives under the age of 13);

A. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant, at the defendant's house located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E apartment complex between 17:00 to 18:00, had the victim (the age of 12 at that time) who is going to the inside of his house, and was placed on the bed on the bed, and had the victim (the age of 12 at that time) take his hand on the bed against the victim's hand, and knife his hand on the part of the victim's back to the bed against the victim's inner part.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim who is related to relatives and is under 13 years of age.

B. On August 2017, when the victim (at the time 12 years of age) was living in the F village located in the F village in Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, the Defendant 1 was flicked by the victim’s her son’s her son’s her son with his her own son, and her her son was flick.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim who is related to relatives and is under 13 years of age.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by quasi-indecent Acts by relatives under the age of 13);

A. On January 2 through 2, 2017, the Defendant was suffering from the Defendant’s house located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City apartment complex E, Nam-gu, Incheon, by making use of the gap in D’s houseless, to the victim (here, 12 years of age at the time) who was living in the bed, and was suffering from the victim’s inception.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force by taking advantage of the victim's mental and physical loss who is related to relatives and under 13 years of age.

B. On July 2017, the Defendant, at the home of the above Defendant’s office on the date of July 2017, Da Da was under the influence of the victim (the age of 12 at that time) who was suffering from the crepan by making use of the crepans without the house.
