1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 681,735,02 and the amount of KRW 373,434,806 from May 24, 2016 to the date of full payment.

The cause of the claim (However, the creditor is the plaintiff, and the debtor is the defendant) is not in dispute between the parties, or can be recognized in full view of the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including the provisional number) and the whole pleadings. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum, which is the overdue interest rate of 681,735,02 won in total, and the principal amount of 373,434,806 won among them, from May 24, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
