1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 110,712,274 as well as KRW 60,200,00 among them, from March 23, 2016 to the day of full payment.

The cause of the claim (However, the obligee is the Plaintiff, and the obligor is the Defendant) is not in dispute between the parties, or can be recognized in full view of the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 and the purport of the whole pleadings. As such, the Defendant is obliged to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 22.5% per annum from March 23, 2016 to the date of full payment of the final interest rate of KRW 110,712,274 in total, and the principal amount of KRW 60,200,000 in total.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
