1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 79,453,939 as well as KRW 74,00,000 among them, from July 12, 2016 to the day of full payment.

The cause of the claim (However, the obligee is the Plaintiff, and the obligor is the Defendant) is not in dispute between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 and the purport of the whole pleadings. As such, the Defendant is obliged to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from July 12, 2016 to the date of full payment of the principal amount of KRW 79,453,939 and the principal amount of KRW 74,00,000,000, which is the day following the last interest calculation.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
