1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A shall have full payment of KRW 2,107,469,213 and KRW 1,990,00,000 among them from March 24, 2016.

The cause of the claim (the obligee is the Plaintiff, and the obligor is the Defendant) is not in dispute between the parties or can be recognized in full view of the purport of each statement and all the arguments set forth in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including additional numbers). As such, defendant A shall pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of principal and interest of KRW 2,107,469,213 and the interest of KRW 1,990,000 among them, delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from March 24, 2016 to the date of full payment. The defendant B corporation shall jointly and severally pay the above amount with the defendant, ① the total amount of principal and interest of KRW 1,200,747,673 within the limit of KRW 1,000,000 and KRW 1,000,000 per annum of KRW 1,50,000 per annum of KRW 20,000 per annum of delay interest of KRW 1,505.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
