A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has worked as a mobile phone seller in Jin-si B from March 2015 to April 2020.

1. The Defendant committed the crime related to D, as seen above, had an opportunity to become aware of the identity of the said C customer D while working as a seller, and had the Defendant feel to open mobile phones, etc. in the name of D without the consent of D without permission, in order to raise the Defendant’s sales performance.

A. On August 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) accessed the F Internet website using PC located therein; (b) entered the foregoing D’s personal information into “D” column and “G” column in “Life-long Day”; and (c) submitted a mobile subscription application in the name of S10 mobile phone ( Model name SM-G977N) in “E” to the effect that the Defendant opened one unit of 10 mobile phone ( Model name SM-G97N) when a gallon-type jumal jum (E) with the subscription number.

Accordingly, the Defendant entered the special media records, such as D’s electronic records pertaining to rights, duties, or proof of facts, with the aim of hindering the management of affairs, and exercised them.

B. The Defendant, at the same time, at the same place as “H” paragraph (a), connected the F Internet site using PC located therein, and then entered the foregoing D’s personal information in the “written application for mobile subscription” form provided on the said website in the same manner as “A” as “H” and submitted a mobile subscription application in the name of D to the effect that, at a gallon ju, the Plaintiff entered the aforementioned D’s personal information in the “written application for mobile subscription” form, and the subscription number is “H” and submitted by means of transmitting it to the said website.

Accordingly, the Defendant entered the special media records, such as D’s electronic records pertaining to rights, duties, or proof of facts, with the aim of hindering the management of affairs, and exercised them.
