A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2019, when C and C obtained another person’s personal information and an authorized certificate and applied for opening of a mobile phone using it, the Defendant, upon receiving and combining the opened mobile phone from the home-based receipt place where C entered at the time of application for subscription, planned to mutually distribute the profits acquired by receiving part of the payment from cash return or use it for living expenses, etc.

Pursuant to the foregoing public offering, C, around October 23, 2019, obtained F’s personal information from a person in the name in Suwon-si Dylle Dylle E, and applied for a new opening of the Galaxy Tb S3 mobile phone model in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,047,00 of the principal, connected to the G website of the stock company, and entered “F”, “F”, “HF”, and “36 months” into the customer name column of the electronic document applying for membership of G mobile phone, and sent the aforementioned written application for membership of the aforementioned online mobile phone via the Internet as if it was duly established to the staff in charge of G in charge of the name that knew of the said written application.

C, from October 4, 2019 to around the 23th day of the same month, from around October 2019 to around the same month, 5 nominal holders and 13 files of online application for subscription to cellular phone 13 mobile phones were forged and used.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with C to make a mobile phone online subscription file, which is an electronic record of another person's right and obligation, with a view to making it difficult to conduct business affairs, and used a special media record, such as making a false electronic record.

B. The Defendant, who filed an application for opening in the above manner, is Galaxy Tbb in the above F name.
