A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

In light of the aforementioned legal principles, the Defendant, from March 2019 to June 2019, committed the act of working as an employee at C mobile phone agencies located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as an employee.

B. On May 1, 2019, the Defendant, at the above C mobile phone agency, arbitrarily entered DNA personal information, such as “D” and “F,” in the name column of the E-application form for joining the “gallon 5G” mobile phone opening without obtaining D’s consent, using the gallon PC, and signed as D in the application/subscriber column, and then registered the said written application for joining the E-based mobile phone opening in the E-based computer network.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged special media records, such as electronic records in the name of D concerning rights and duties, with a view to making business process smooth, and he is aware of such false records.
