A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is working as a wharf management soldier at the 2nd fleet harbor support team in the Navy, the 2nd fleet, and has performed the duties of the said fleet administration soldier.
1. On June 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 08:30 to 17:30 on June 4, 2018; and (b) at the above B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B, without obtaining the Defendant’s certificate of qualification to receive a reward leave under the “B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B’s official qualification certificate, the Defendant used the Defendant’s computer during the above B B B B B B B B B B in order to leave the said certificate without using the Defendant’s statutory number of days; and (b) sent the Defendant’s ID to the national defense personnel information system, and connected the Defendant’s application system for leave; (c) “Special leave on June 9, 2018”; and (d) on the date of the relevant leave, the Defendant selected the “BD” at the end of the leave; and (d) entered the aforementioned application in the “SB B B B B B B B B B B B B’s application system.
In addition, from that time until February 11, 2019, the Defendant entered false contents in order to leave leave without using the Defendant’s statutory number of days of leave by accessing the application system for leave of the National Defense Personnel Information System through a total of six times, such as the list of crimes, and then applied for leave. Around that time, the Defendant sent the above application form, which is an electronic official document stating false information, to the system.
As such, the Defendant, with the aim of making any error in management of affairs, has forged the special media records, such as electronic records, etc. of public officials or public offices, and exercised each special media records, such as electronic records, etc.
2. On June 4, 2018, the Defendant, a deceptive scheme and a deceptive scheme for the obstruction of performance of official duties or for the purpose of evading duties, shall apply for leave to the National Defense Personnel Information System, such as paragraph (1).
