Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On January 8, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months at the Busan District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 16, 2020.

【Criminal Facts】

On May 22, 2015, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information who was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse at the Busan District Court on May 22, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 29,

Where a person subject to registration of personal information has changed personal information submitted by the person subject to registration to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile, he/she shall submit the reason and change to the head of the relevant police agency

Nevertheless, around August 2019, the Defendant moved his/her residence to D Building E in Gyeyang-si around December 2019 through the B apartment in Gyeyang-si, Yangsan-si, Gyeonggi-do and the B apartment site in Busan and the B apartment site in Busan and around December 2019, and even if his/her mobile phone numbers were changed from F to G on November 2019, the Defendant did not submit the changed information to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from that time without justifiable grounds.
