A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

80,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On May 10, 2016, the Defendant committed around May 10, 2016: (a) on a passenger car driven by F near the E located in Gwangju Mine-gu around May 10, 2016, the Defendant taken approximately 0.03 grams from among the mert ampers (one name philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) located in a vinyl string, which is located in a vinyl string, with F’s permission.

I received them, put them into a disposable injection machine, melting them with water, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms at that time, and take approximately 0.1g of philopon contained in the given vinyl with the permission of the F in addition, at the time of F’s permission.

Neither received nor accepted them.

Accordingly, the Defendant received and administered philophones from F.

2. Around May 14, 2016 and around May 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was parked in front of the H manual in Gwangju Mine-gu on May 14, 2016; and (b) obtained F’s permission from a passenger car driven by the Defendant who was parked in front of the H manual in Gwangju Mine-gu on May 14, 2016.

The F received approximately 0.03g of the philophones owned by the F, and after the following day, the 0.03g of the said philophones were put into a single-use injection machine, melting them into water, and administered them for the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant received and administered philophones from F.

3. On May 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 400,000 of the purchase price of chophones to the F Nonghyup Bank account via a bubon around May 28, 2016; (b) received approximately 0.1g of chophones, which was sent by F to the J located in Gwangju Seo-gu, in a disguised manner with hand freight; (c) on the same day, the Defendant was able to receive approximately 0.03g of chophones, among the above chophones, from the Ltel located in K in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju; and (d) injected approximately 0.03g of chophones into one-time chobon; and (e) injected them into the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones from F and administered them.
