3) On September 16, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 grams at the Defendant’s house located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, into a single-use injection machine, melting as water, and injected into the Defendant’s arms.

B. From October 2015 to November 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased 100,000 won in the first name, the agricultural bank account used by the Defendant around November 13, 2015; and (b) traded philopon, with KRW 50,000,000,000,000 from November 25, 2015 to the said agricultural bank account.

2) On December 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold 8 gramphonephones to H in the vicinity of K in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) received 3.7 million won from H to the LAC account used by the Defendant on the same day; and (c) traded phiphones by receiving KRW 3.7 million from H.

A. On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased philophones; (b) received KRW 1600,000 fromO around N Hospital located in Busan Yan-gu, Busan; and (c) made O a philophone, which is a local mental medicine.
